"The Inspection took about 3 hours. We were invited to follow and ask questions as we went. He had all of the right tools, and clothing, for entering all the crawl spaces, asked permission of the former owner, who was still in the house, before he entered any of the rooms, closets, or attics. And, he left no evidence of his presence there.
"On completion of the inspection, he reviewed the entire procedure on prepared forms, itemizing all the points that he had covered and what he had found there. This was done with both the former owner and ourselves present, and he explained that the various points were either normal for the age of the house, or what had to be done to correct it.
"After purchasing the house and being in it for about 5 months, we have found nothing that wasn't covered in his inspection.
"Our own personal experience with Robert's expertise would make us quick to recommend him to others in need of this type of service."
