About Us

Inspect International is a franchised home inspection service that presently has five offices across British Columbia. Each office of Inspect International is independently owned and operated, but a common thread runs through each. All of our offices are fair, honest, thorough, non-biased, and are there for the protection customer.

History

Inspect International became a franchise in 1992, when Brian Firth and Gary Poirier joined forces to develop a home inspection company that was based on helping the customer get to know their house. Shortly after it was established, Steve Beliveau completed his education and joined forces to complete the team.

It wasn’t long before the Home Reporting System went into development stage. Their goal was to develop a report that was user-friendly, provided the customer with additional information, and was easy to store. What resulted from hours of effort was the Home Reporting System customers receive to this day. The report is updated on a yearly basis to keep current with industry standards.
