Condominiums
Most of us are aware of the leaky condominium problem. The reason we hear about them so much is it is a good media story, but the leaky house problem is just as large. The problems associated with leaky condominiums and houses are extensive, and expensive. Because of this, home inspections are more important than ever.
There are however, limitations to what a home inspector can do on the premises to detect moisture problems. While there are some tell-tale signs, they are not always present within the realm of the inspection. Inspectors are not able to cut into, or open up the walls to view the inside, where damage may be present.
